What have you changed?
Now that you are TTC, what are you doing differently (to help ensure a healthy baby)?

Re: What have you changed?
Just taking prenatals when I remember to. I had stopped drinking, but then after three cycles of BFN I realized I can't stop living before I get my BFP. I don't have many other bad habits so hopefully I won't have to change too much!!

Re: What have you changed?
ok, so I am on the right track.
Luckily I don't smoke, eat healthy the majority of the time & so does my DH, drink tons of water, exercise regularly, & take multivitamins. Lately I have cut back on my daily coffee because it's hard on my stomach.
My DH is picking up prenatal vitamins tomorrow.
What about thinks like higher mercury fish (tuna), alcohol, sushi? Is it ok to have in moderation until you do get pregnant?

This is me too.........I went of BCP in December, don't plan starting TTC until August!
In the meantime: I started exercising in February on a regular basis. I am going to the gym 2 days a week minimum and walking 45 minutes or so 3 days a week.
I switched to organic meats & dairy. I also cut out buying anything with High Fructuse Corn Syrup in it. At this point, I am buying about 80% organic, so I feel good about that!
After my next cycle, I will start pre natals.........so that I will be taking them for 3 months before TTC.
Also.........I have been CONSTANTLY mentioning to DH that we will start TTC in August to prepare him for it!!!!! Thankfully he is on board with that!

My OBGYN did give me an article about that and said to be aware of it. So I try to limit my intake of fish high in mercury.

I also cut all this out as well. No drinking, no high mercury fish and or sushi. this is just me though.
