all the ones I loved were so expensive..the big cushy couchy ones.
Our neighbor gave us his slighty used one for free, comes with the ottoman too. It's a wodden one, but it's vry nice. He said it cost over $500-so I'm thankful for that! I'm probably just getting new cushions to match the room or having my aunt make slipcovers.

I registered for my glider at BRU..we luckily got it at my shower. But it was the Shermag glider with the ottoman. My Aunts got it for me on Sale. I think it came to around $200?? We got it in cherry wood. I love it!

mil got us the dutailier grande from BRU. It's crazy comfortable and I wanted it to match our livingroom, not the nursery- which it does perfectly. Image Attachment(s):

We also registered for the Dutailier Grande from BRU, but in the ecru (medium beigey color). I LOOOOOOVE that it reclines in addition to gliding and has the locking feature also.

same here...if i put any of those on the registry my family would think we were nuts cuz its "just a glider".
although if we dont get a cheaper one...maybe we'll get a couch-like one and use it in another room.

i have one of those big, cushy Best Chairs and it is awesome! I got it in a neutral color so it can go into the playroom as seating when i'm done using it in the nurseries.

MIL just offered to get us this when we order the crib/furniture. I am so excited. I am going to let DH pick out whatever one he thinks is most comfy (this is what he does best), and then I will pick the color of the wood/cushions. Will prob order from BBB or BRU w/ a coupon or get at amazon.
