What gives??? Small Update

So even though I'm 2dpo (+OPK with temp rise to confirm O) I've been checking my CM. I just did and it looked a bit like EWCM and there was pinkish spots mixed in. WTH?

I just don't get it. Why does it always seem like I take one step forward and then two steps back?

Update: Well temps still up, FF confirmed O and there doesn't seem to be anymore of the pinkish CM. So I guess we just wait now!

Haha!! you are so funny!! But, you MUST post immediately!!! if anything teach DH to do it for you!!! I cannot wait for you to have a BFP. It will happen. I used to hate when people said that to me and here I am saying it to you. But I believe this positive opk is the start to something beautiful!!!!

The dr went AMAZING!!

I was a nervous wreck though. I cried before going. I grabbed a tissue off the table in the waiting room on the way into the sono room... "just incase". I was having some spotting so I was seriously freaked!

But we had a heartbeat!!! I'm 6 weeks. Now I'm trying to not cry... but for good reasons... like like the tears from earlier.

OMG I am SOO Happy to hear that all went well. I've been stalking the pregnancy board all day!

I just posted a sono update on there.

I was beyond scared!!! I spotted again today and I was like... "this is it.. it's all over" and just upset and crying and all.

I kept praying and hoping things would work out!!

What a turn around.

only 34 more weeks of this....

I had similar CM with pinkish tinge in it and I got my BFP this cycle! Don't lose hope!

I think it was literally right after I thought I ovulated. I did some searching online and read that if you have pink tinged cm it means that cycle you are/were extra fertile. DH and I hadnt BD'ed for two days the time I got it. And we didnt BD again til way after that. I thought I was out this cycle for sure. Someone here said maybe BDing irritated my cervix...but I dont think so...and it was two days after we BD'ed.

I had the same thing this cycle for the first time ever. I got a + on an opk 2 days later and I'm in my 2 week wait this is the first cycle I'm actually using opk's and keeping track of my cycle days

I remember from Taking Charge of your Fertility that it's not unusual to bleed a little bit for a couple of days when you O. So the spotting could be an extra confirmation for you that you did O. Good luck!

Oh, and I agree, there's going to be a LIF-wide shout of joy when you get your BFP... we're all rooting for you!

Thank you all so much, it really means a lot knowing how many people there are out there rooting for DH and I. I can honestly say I don't know what my mental state would be like without these boards. I appreciate every kind word, thought and prayer immensely.
