Ha, I always say green means go too. When another driver does something dumb I point it out to my kids so my brain avoids shouting obscenities.

LOL I yell "I want to look at this moron driving!!" and then i pull up next to him/her and stare at them for a second.
otherwise i usually say "WHAT THE F*CK ARE YOU DOING???"
unless DS is in the car of course

Most commonly it's
"WHAT THE F?"
But if the kids are in the car, I try to tone it down to:
"PAY ATTENTION!"
and if someone really pisses me off when they're in the car, I shout
"A pox on your house!"
Sounds really stupid but what goes through my head is so much worse.
