tampons
For the ladies who cant use them, it takes a lot of practice. Relax your body completely. Do it correctly as illustrated, and use a lite absorbancy to start with.

Kotex is really good I think if you have a heavy flow you should go with the super plus

It took me years before I was able to get comfortable with Tampons too.
Same here! Took me about 5 years of trying! But now there is no going back. I feel like a normal woman using them. But Playtex Beyond in the cardboard applicator are HORRIBLE!!! The applicator gets stuck mid insertion and are too slippery to handle!

Yes but they do have a version with applicators too.
I think they might have discontinued these. I was using them and loved them, but haven't found them for a while 
I could never understand what the big deal was with no applicator. My girlfriends call them finger pushers  and hate them because of the lack of an applicator.

YESSSSS!! I can ONLY wear the regular Playtex Tampons. They have been my favorite since day 1 of using tampons.
