Definitely get your butt to the Dr. You don't want to be stuck inside on the last big weekend of the summer!
Tylenol can't hurt. My motto is usually "when in doubt take a pain killer". And Tylenol will fight any fever you may have.

I took tylenol PM so i wouldnt have a hard time falling asleep. I slept through the night. I woke up and my back feels ok, and my chest feels a little sore, not like last night though. My nose is a little congested this morning too.
Im about to eat breakfast. Doctors office opens in 1 hour. Still think I need to call?

Besides, we are on the brink of a 3 day weekend, don't miss out on it because you're sick!

Yes, I think you should still go to the doctor.
No cough and your back hurt. The chest and back hurting could be something different, like angina. So I'm concerned.

Yep. You need to call and go see the dr. I forgot Monday is Labor day. So it's a 3 day weekend.

I went to the doctor. I have a sinus infection in my left ear. I have 100 degree temperature. He gave me Levaquin and also Tylenol Sinus.
