What do you think I have?
My chest is sore....and I have congestion in my throat.
I took stuff for sinuses but it did nothing. This afternoon my chest started to feel a little sore.

I wish I could call in sick but I cant. I am already home from work. I work 6 to 2. I dont feel sick. I just have the sore chest and the congestion in my throat which is really annoying

What do you mean by your chest is sore? And now your back hurts? Does it hurt all the time? When you inhale? Exhale?
Is it painful? Does anything else hurt?

I am thinking allergies which could have turned into a upper respiratory infection.
Pain in chest/back: it could be muscle pain from caughing.

I had the same thing plus trouble taking a deep breath... chest xray showed I had bronchitis and the beginnings of pnemonia... go to the DR.
