Carole: Go to that pic in your LIF album and right click on it. Select "Copy Image Address." Then, in your post, select "Insert Web Image" from the list of choices under the smileys. Paste the link you copied into the box. Voila!
Here's the first pic I found of me alone - it's from 3 years ago since I'm trying on my wedding dress, but it's what I look like:
