What do you have that is considered "dated" in your home and want to replace?

My husband HATES that I watch HGTV...I see that my vertical blinds are dates and big round white bulbs in my bathroom.

Two things that we HAVE to do at some point...our master bath is totally dated! Its got kinda sea green tiles and brown fixtures.
Our landscaping. 30 years ago big bushes were the way to go, now I can't stand them!!!!!

Def the verticals in our bedroom. Drives me insane but I'm so lost on what to choose for curtains :-/. Other than that, we're pretty modern on everything.

Our whole house was dated when it was purchased. We've replaced EVERYTHING except our doors and the molding around the doors.
We just purchased new doors for the whole house so that project will be underway very soon.

I would love to redo my kitchen cabinets. They are old but they were painted white, so they don't look that bad but could use replacing. Bathroom also could use an overhaul.

Basment is a 70's nightmare, the floor is a cheap tile that is supposed to look like stone but it is horrid

My bedroom furniture.

I'm not really in a rush to replace it though. It's still in good condition, works well, and fits in our small bedroom nicely. My DH can't stand it because it's "ugly" and outdated.

He needs to get over it.

Can I answer most of my house?

We have plans to renovate the house within the next few years so we will update everything then. Our kitchen needs desperate help though.

I went Kohler gold faucets/shower in one of my bathrooms about 8 yrs ago. I hate it now(very Donald Trumplike) and want my DH to replace it. Everything else in my house is current.

We've done all of the inside of our house, so I'd have to say the outside of our house - siding, fence and driveway.

Plus I need landscaping.

I rent but I'll answer anyway, I live in a cute 20's bungalow, think molding everywhere that hasn't been painted, french doors, crystal knobs, I'm in love BUT someone touched the bathroom in the 60's/70's and it's SOOO nasty and dirty. Formica, baby blue square tiles but then I guess some of them broke at one point so they were replaced by tiles in a different shade of blue. The floor are these larger square tiles in beige and the tub and toilet are beige.

Ours were DEF the verticals in our Master bedroom...I went crazy one day and ripped em down and we replaced them with regular curtains...

ETA, the next OLLLLLLLLD thing is our garage door and its getting changed as soon as we hit April...

Our den - wood paneling and navy blue carpet. AWFUL! but I am waiting to fix this room up bc the kids have taken it over, so for now it doesn't matter.

We still have more verticals to go in the house, wallpaper to be taken down basically all over, chandelier in the dining room, kitchen cabinets and countertops. OH and appliances.

Our house reminds me of the house in Ferris Bueller days off. It's top of the line everything- circa 1992.
