I have an Explorer which was fine with the 2 kids but now that we are having #3 we got a Sienna (minivan). Im not anti minivan and like the ride of it better than an SUV. I still havent figured out the configuration for their 3 carseats but I have alot of options. Now that we have one, I do understand why minivans are traditionally "Mom" cars, they have alot of little kid friendly extras. I just wish I picked a color other than silver. Does everyone on LI own a silver minivan??? I can never find it in a parking lot.

Chevy Suburban, has the 3rd row of seats and a biiig trunk... I LOVE it! It is a little big, but I'm so used to it now that I wouldn't want anything smaller

Really - cause we are due in 2 months and I need a new SUV by then (I have over 125,000 miles on my Cherokee), and we have been looking into the Envoy and the Cherokee.
I have no idea when GM will stop producing hte Envoy XL (3rd row seating). DH is a dealer/owner and that's just what he knows at this point.... I have the regular Envoy and love it!

95 Pathfinder - 2 car seats in the back.
96 Impala - 2 car seat in the back
Station wagon - 3 car seats can fit in the back.
eta. Yes, they do everyone except me has a silver minivan. My mom & my sister do.

we have the chrysler pacifica, I HATE IT! Not enough room since we have the limited touring edition and it has captain seats in the back, so with 3 kids ther is no room! Plus, we pay alot for it and the value has depreciated over the last few years. Can't wait to get rid if it
Our lease is up in January and we're looking at the new tahoe, the escalade, or the land rover, I can't wait!!!.
