I shop or look at old pictures (or wedding pictures and video) clean the house  Yes its true.. when I am done I feel so much better!
Mail a few friends letters. People never send letters anymore!! I would LOVE to get a nice letter in the mail!
Get your mp3 player out and take a walk outside.. it helps clear your head.

I also clean, it keeps me preoccupied.

Shopping is fun, as long as you dont feel guilty about all the $$ you spent.

If I am ususally down, it is because I am tired, so I will put myself to bed.

mani/pedi-
get my hair done
dress up
read a good book
sleep
talk to a friend
watch a good movie/ TV that cheers me up
listen to music and dance around- dancing always gets me in a good mood.
