go on the computer, watch tv (though thats pretty rare) lay on the couch and stare at the ceiling (its actually pretty peaceful  )

I pretty much live my life in a relaxed mode.....so i rarely have to do anything to relax 
good for you! I used to think that until having my almost 4 yo around
I like to have a few glasses of wine
