do you still drink alcohol?
still eat sushi? cold cuts? runny eggs?

business as usual.
except i do avoid saunas and dont eat pineapple (not too sure why on this one...) LOL

i just did a quick search of pineapple after reading this (bc i never heard of this) but everything i read says pineapple core is good for implantation.
so why do you stay away?

i think the core is ok, but the rest of it or pineapple juice can cause miscarriages as it can cause uterine contractions. not sure if its an old wives tale or not, but i just remember reading that somewhere.

After taking 5 months with first DS and already on month 5 trying this time, I just do business as usual. I would be miserable if I avoided everything. Not to mention, plenty of people have gotten pregnant after drunken nights so I figure I'm ok having a beer with dinner!

This past month I took it easy on the alcohol but otherwise its just pretty much business as usual.

I have been doing all the usual- having margaritas with friends, exercising, regular eggs and coffee.. I have been very big on my prenatal and regular vitamin regimine every am. The only thing bad is that since my vacation, I have been having cluster migraines everyday so I have been taking a ton of advil to relax my muscles and calm the headache. I BD the last two days and will do today so my timing is good- I just have a feeling my tension will prevent things from going my way.  Trying to stay positive.

You can drink and eat anything you want up to four or five weeks preg. Obviously once you find out you should stop but the body does this on purpose. Many ppl get prego without trying and won't know until they are 4-5weeks. I ate sushi tonight just in case.... Good luck!

Nope nothing different. I'm trying to quit smoking but that's it. I do want to schedule a hair appt though to do my roots.
