what do you do about this heat?
I'm seriously dying.
I don't have a car to go to the beach and I don't have a pool.
I'm melting.

I love it - I hate it when it's cooler than 70 degrees out!
But then again, I can say that b/c I have central air in my apartment.
The malls are always cracking the A/C!

Ohh then I feel for ya! when we lived in our apt (top floor of a house) we only had an a/c in the bedroom...and thats where we spent all of our time!!!

Honestly, since I've been doing hot yoga (yoga in about 100 degrees) I've been so much more adjusted to the hotter weather.

We need to clean up our backyard so that we can buy a pool.

yuck- I know there is a pool club in bayside- but that might be too far for you
it's on 23rd and bell- it looks really nice- I am going to join next summer- b/c we are moving- and I don't think the new place will have a pool

We have central air and also ceiling fans.
Can you get a ceiling fan?
How about a nice big fan in the living room?
I just got back and its not so bad out now. There is a nice breeze.
This may sound crazy or wierd, but what about a HOT shower and when you come out, you'll be cold/chilly.
I used to do that ALL the time.

We were at my cousins this afternoon and I happily put my feet in her 2 year old daughters Disney Princess pool
It really doesn't compare to come home and soak my feet in a cool water bath

I was in Nassau today and it was 85. when I got home (Holbrook) it was 70! that is a HUGE temp drop  I seriously cannot believe the difference!
to answer your Q - I drink water/crystal light, A LOT!!!!!!!!!!
