What do you collect?
Besides junk  
Are you a collector of anything? How did you get started?
I collect anything related to Lady and The Tramp. I have coloring books, reading books, cds, stuffed animals, etc.
It all started because it was and still is my all time favorite Disney movie.

I used to collect anything cow related....and my apt was overrun by them!! When we moved into our house, I went through the cows, kept the really special ones and got rid of everything else
Now I collect nothing...but dust!!

Pewter dragons and wizards.
Yes, I have them in the back of my PT Cruiser. Yes, there is running water in there too. Yes, there is fog coming off the water. Yes, there are lights in there too.
I never claimed to be normal.... 
I like them because I don't mind telling anyone to get them for me. I don't have any duplicates, and they range in price from $5 to hundreds, so people can spend whatever they are comfortable with. Image Attachment(s):

I collect Santa's and Dept 56 Northpole.
They are only out at Christmas time.
It takes me 1 day to unwrap and put up the Santa's and another day to unwrap and put it the houses.

Club / DJ posters. If I go to a DJ event I make sure to steal a poster.
I also like collecting foreign money and coins. I have a bag in NY of all foreign currency from when I travelled Europe before the Euro.

I collect coins and paper money. I have an Indian Head penny from 1863 I think and a few $2 bills. I've also been collecting the State Quarters. I have them all so far.
We also collect magnets from wherever we've been and have those on the refrigerator.

I don't know if you would say its a collection...but I do have alot of toys from when I was younger that are still in EXCELLENT condition - some in their original boxes...
Original Strawberry Shortcakes dolls
Barbie Dolls
Cabbage Patch Kids in boxes never opened.
Holly Hobbie dolls
like I said not really a specific item I collect...just pieces that I LOVED when I was younger that I have managed to replace...

My parents got me my first one when I got engaged, then we got a wedding one (my cake topper), and I can't stop..Actually, I kind of had to stop because my curio got smaller. LOL.

Years ago I started collecting shot glasses. I have them from all over the world. It very quickly got out of hand. I have since put the collection away.
Now I collect Perfume bottles.
