I usually change it up between BBC (Baby Boy C***** - our last name)
and
L.A.M.B.-y (Little Angel in My Belly)

My mom calls the baby Olaf
while her side of the family always gives one medieval german (or an even older germanic tribe) name, I draw the line at Olaf

Baby P. I started it when we first found out I was pregnant and it's just stuck. We haven't told anyone the name even though we know the sex. So everyone calls him Baby P. now.
