What do you bring for lunch?
Not just for today, I mean. Because it is kind of early. I'm just wondering bc all I've had is sandwiches once in a while, tuna here and there or fast food. I dont know what healthy lunch to bring to work. I have fruit and granola bars throughout the day so I dont need crazy healthy stuff, just something that will sustain me for a while. I'm feeling so gross from fast food and since I'm not really supposed to have cold cuts I dont know what else to bring. Any suggestions?

I usually do one of 3 things:
- leftovers from dinner the night before (meatloaf, pasta, etc) with a salad
- Turkey or tuna sandwich with a salad
- Weight Watchers frozen dinners with a salad. If I have a WW meal I increase my H2O intake for the day to account for the high sodium that's in frozen meals
