Do you bring your lunch to work?

If so, what do you bring? I'm getting bored with sandwiches lately and salads don't fill me up!

Always.

I'm more about snacks than the actual lunch though.

Usually it's either:
PBJ (yes, I'm 9 years old haha)
turkey, swiss, l&t on whole wheat
grilled chicken in a pita
salad with grilled chicken & mozzarella cheese
tuna in pita

then snacks (not all at once):
granola bar
snap peas & ranch dressing
carrots and hummus
100 cal chips or popcorn
a few hershey's kisses to satisfy the chocolate craving!
pretzels
cookies
chex mix

I bring lunch 4 days a week...i bring a salad and sometimes a lean cuisine/healthy choice or gyoza potstickers or some leftovers or some chicken..depends on my mood and what's in the house..I've been sick of sandwiches for a while! haha..i also bring a piece of fruit, like a pear.

I usually bring leftovers at least twice or 3x a week, but if not i'll bring a sandwich if we have cold cuts or SmartOnes.

Along with one of those things, I also bring a veggie (like carrots/broccoli and dip), a yogurt, a jello, fruit cup, etc.

i do... but i can't help ya much, because i'm boring and usually bring the same thing everyday- a sandwich, an apple, a granola bar, and a can of diet soda or iced tea.
every once in awhile we'll have leftovers that i bring, and once or twice a week i'll eat out.

Sometimes I make things on the weekend to have for the week like soup or chili. DH and I both take things like that sometimes. Or salads, sandwiches, lean cuisines, or stuff like that.

I make chicken salad every couple of weeks. It lasts 3 lunches.

1 cup cooked cut up chicken
1 cup sliced grapes
1 cup cut up pecans
1/2 cup Hellmans

Mix season with salt and pepper.

Easy and tasty

I did a temp job last week and brought my lunch both days. The first day it was rainy and gross so I ate at the desk. The second day was gorgeous so I was able to eat outside.

When I go back to work full time, I will still bring my lunch. Hopefully, I will be able to eat outside everyday.

-Wheat Thins or Nilla Wafers
-I use the sub bread so I can have a bigger sandwich
-Bottle of Water or Cheerwine (soda)
-Nuts/Granola

Yes, one to save money! I bring a wrap with chicken/turkey and cheese, some fruit, some crackers/chips and 2-3 cookies.

Although I'm going to crack down and stop eating chips with hopes I can get into shape and into my shorts this summer!

If I bring, I bring leftovers, sandwiches or frozen dinners. Lately I hate the frozen dinners, though. I do not bring every day.

SlimFast. Yes, I have a SlimFast Optima every day for lunch. No, it doesn't help me lose weight. I'm lazy, cheap, and diabetic. It's easy to bring a can of SlimFast, since it is easy to carry, no prep work involved. It's vastly cheaper than buying lunch at work. As a diabetic, it has the exact same amount of carbs every single day, so it's easier to work with that in my schedule.

To spice things up, I'll alternate between Vanilla and Strawberry...

I don't eat gluten, so I usually bring my lunch...

meatloaf
taco salad, no chips
tuna salad
chicken salad
all kinds of chicken
leftovers from dinner

yes I do....but it is whatever my DH makes me. Could be leftovers or a sandwich.

i am a pharma rep, so i have lunches that i cater in at offices some days, other than that i bring sandwiches, salads, veggies, granola bars, things that i can eat on the go....

I do usually 3-4 days a week.

I like turkey sandwiches, but sometimes I will bring leftovers from dinner the night before.

I also bring in snacks like yogurt, granola bars, baby carrots, etc.

I save SOOO much money this way - otherwise, I can easily spend $6-$8 a day on lunch, not to mention breakfast.

Sometimes I miss having a salad for lunch, so that I will buy at least once a week.

veggie burger with whole wheat pita and chopped salad
chicken breast
salmon
home made soup

Sometimes I will make an extra piece of chicken or fish with dinner and bring a bag of steamed veggies and pop them in the microwave and voila, I have my lunch and I didn't do anything, really.

i brought coldcuts every day and now i cant even LOOK at them, i get so sick even thinking about it!

i bring leftovers
PB without the jelly, too messy
nutella especially on mondays when i need a little indulgence
lean pockets

i also bring a special k bar and a fruit cup for snacks

hardboiled eggs

bread (I keep PB and J at school)

I usually bring leftovers. If there are no leftovers I'll do soup and a sandwich, salad and soup or a frozen entree.
