What do we think about this?
What do you think about Ceramic tiles made to look like wood?
Thinking about doing this in the kitchen instead of wood.

I can't see the pictures...but I LOVE this look. I'm also considering it for the kitchen when the time comes.
OK...I see the pictures now.
Really love it!
I priced it out at Lowes the other night and the one I liked was $11 sq ft
They did have less expesive ones.
What is the price range on the ones you posted?

I tend to slop water all over the floor when I do dishes so I am nervous about putting wood floor in the kitchen, but this would get the look but not have to worry about the water issues, plus is will last longer.

The second photo is from a company in Italy and they don't list prices. Go figure.

I like them, but I have wood floors in my kitchen and I splash water all the time, you just wipe up. We have 2 coats in that room.

I love them. And if they are installed correctly you cant even tell its tile. I was standing on it in the tile store and thought it was wood. We have a slab first floor and wished we new about the tile before we put in the wood.

Pricing runs the gamut apparently. They sell it at Lowes and they have a whole lot of different price points and you can even find cheaper online if you know what you are looking for. I think this would be a great option if its on a slab

I like it for a kitchen. I would be afraid to put wood in a kitchen with dents and scratches... this is a great alternative.
