What did you do to try to relieve morning sickness? I'm full of questions. The past two days I've been feeling queasy. I'm sure it will only get worse. Is there anything that helped to subside your queasiness?

Re: What did you do to try to relieve morning sickness? Not sure why, but seltzer water (the one with lime) worked well for me sometimes.

Re: What did you do to try to relieve morning sickness? Make sure to snack every 2 hours or so. Cheese and crackers worked great for me, as did the setxer with lemon/lime.

| Re: What did you do to try to relieve morning sickness? I had a feeling seltzer or soda would help, but I don't drink anything carbonated. I hate it.
I think I'll buy crackers, granola bars, etc. to snack on though. Thanks for the suggestions.

Re: What did you do to try to relieve morning sickness? Anything salty would usually help. I carried around packages of those Cheese crackers with the peanut butter inside or just a package of saltines.

Re: What did you do to try to relieve morning sickness? I've been trying everything but I find forcing myself to snack throughout the day helps a lot, it's really tough though when you are so nauseous but try to keep eating all day long. Cold gingerale helps. I'm nauseous all day too, hang in there!!! I'm praying not too much longer of this and I'm 7 wks.

Re: What did you do to try to relieve morning sickness? Ginger ale and sour patch kids worked really well for me. My morning sickness was actually the worst right before bed....so I'd have some ginger ale before going to sleep and it would help.

anything peppermint (peppermint patties, peppermint candy, peppermint tea)

Ginger tea

Ginger ale

I did EXACTLY these things and I didnt throw up once..goodluck! I found that the peppermint tea really worked well!! I also had a bagel craving.. sesame bagel worked well..oh yeh and i bought ginger snap cookies and dipped them in my peppermint tea.. it was yummy! Preggy pops i tried too a few times and seemed to curve it a lil when I was out shopping.. Ive also heard that fresh ginger (the kind you eat with sushi) works and you can get it in a little container/jar at the food store. I hope this helps! Feel better!

I had a banana yesterday when I was feeling queasy and it actually made me feel worse. I'll keep trying it though.

Thank you everyone.
I bought a bunch of things last night that everyone recommended. I'm sure it will get worse before it gets better, but at least I'm prepared now.
