question about morning sickness?
or in my case AFTERNOON sickness... I was feeling blah today tired headache and a little naseaous but i hadnt eaten so i had lunch out at cheescake factoy and then came home and went to take my prenatal vitamin and i lost it all. ( sorry tmi) now after i w as sick i
1) felt better and
2) wasnt sick agin just that once.
IS that normal? Do you think it was because i am pregnant or sometign else? i have never been sick yet while pregnant i am 8 weeks now

Was there food in your stomach? I know you just came home after eating but if you took your vitamin on an empty stomach, that could make you throw up...or it could just be m/s

the only time I ever got sick during this pregnancy was when I took my prenatal on an empty stomach.
eta: my worst/only weeks of queasiness were 8-9, so your moring sickness could just be starting.

no my stomach was full when i went to take my vitamin i had eaten less than an hour and a half before.

do you normally do that? I used to eat breakfast and take my vitamin immediatly after. Maybe there wasn't enough food in your stomach.

Yes i usually take it after i eat within a hour or so.well i ate a pretty good amount i didnt even get the vitamin DOWN and i threw up i started to gag as i put it in my mouth and i spit it out and ran to teh bathroom sorry wasy TMI

It sounds like when you tried to swallow the pill it caused you to gag and that made you sick.
Morning sickness can happen any time. I get night sickness if I am feeling sick at all. My worst weeks so far were 6-8.

Could have been that you skipped breakfast or maybe you just gagged from the prenatal. My m/s was worst from weeks 7 -14 but everyone is different. Hope you feel better
