 | Re: What did you all have for dinner? Leftover fish from last night.
Made the easiest fish recipe last night that I found on epicurious.

 2 - 4 filets of Talipia or any light fish(1 1/2 pds)
 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard
2 tablespoons of melted butter(1/4 stick) or one tablespoon of olive oil and one of butter
 1 teaspoon of worcheshire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice
 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs

Prehead oven to 450. Mix together mustard, butter, worcheshire sauce and lemon juice. Pour suace equally over the filets in a buttered 9x12 glass baking dish. Top with breadcrumbs(I used the seasoned packaged kind).

Bake for 7-14 minutes depending on the thickness of the filets. I put it on broil for the last three minutes to make the breadcrumbs crispier. It was the best fish ever and sooo easy- my DH said it is now our fish recipe.

I made Barbequed Boneless chicken on the george foreman

Do you BBQ the chicken before grilling, or just add after it comes off?

We had foreman burgers on English muffins with potato salad.
