What bottles do you use for reflux babies???
We are at the end of our rope here... DS is on Elecare w/ oatmeal and Axid and is still screaming ALL DAY... Should I try switching bottles?? We are currently using the Playtex nursers...please, any advice would help at this point... TY

we've been using playtex dropsins but i hate the whole process because NONE of the nipples designed for cereal work with cereal!
we have to cut the "Y" holes bigger in the nipples, but then theyre usually too fast for our 4 week old, so she ends up with half the formula/cereal ON her instead of IN her 
we also used avent bottles but the variable flow nipples were just as bad

My girlfriend uses the drop ins for her DD who has reflux.

I was using nursers, then switched to dr. browns, much better! also don't shake when you are making babies formula, stir w/ a spoon so their are no bubbles, that helped my DC tremendously

I use the Playtex dropins and am sooo happy with them.
For my son I had used the Dr. Browns and these are just so much easier and we have my daughter never seems to have a problem with gas using the Playtex.

My refluxer did very well with the Playtex drop ins.
Hope your little guy feels better soon! It seems like it will never end but they do grow out of this!

I used the drop ins too.
Are you sure that the reflux medication doesn't need to be changed (to prevacid or zantac)? Some babies respond differently to different ones.

MY DD was on meds for her reflux also and we changed to Dr Brown bottles and it made a huge difference.

A friend of mine's 2 DS's both had severe reflux and her doctor recommended BornFree bottles. Her boys were on Nutramigen.

I used MAMS- they have them at BRU. They worked amazingly and my DS reflux was very bad.
