i had ham and cheese today and i dont feel badly. i craved it so im thinking the baby wanted it. its not like i have it everyday, once every few weeks cant hurt.

I eat them all the time but I heat them up and then let them cool before I make a sandwich.

I had asked my doctor and he said that Cold Cuts were fine except try to avoid Roast Beef (which I don't eat anyway)...I am 14w2d, I had a sandwich on Sunday and yesterday. I think in moderation is fine!!

I am DYING for a turkey sandwich but my dr specifically told me NO COLD CUTS of any kind, and they weren't strict at all with diet, so I won't have them.
Meanwhile all of my friends that were pregnant ate them and had no problems!
But I just cant bc he said that.

at one point, i was eating turkey and cheese sandwiches about 4-5 days a week. it's completely fine as long as you heat it up. there might have been a case somewhere in the world so the drs have to report it to cover their own a$$es but it's definitely an ok thing to eat

This is my third pregnancy and everyone is healthy. I love sandwiches and have to eat them. Sometimes I might heat it for 20 seconds in the microwave (but how safe is a microwave either....).
I personally still eat them and love them.
