At my IL's for Christmas DH's cousin told me that DD has great head and neck control for a 3 month old.
Yes, that is because she is 5 months old.

people are stupid..
OMG my cousin is very olive skinned and her husband is white with blonde hair. All three of her kids are very white with blond hair.
My aunt - her MOM - said, well everyone's just going to think she's their nanny instead of their mommy!

Hrmm.. I don't let most of them linger in my memory long enough to care about.
Though I did laugh then someone told me in a store "Wow, look its one of those adopted chinese babies, you're such a good mom" I couldn't correct her since yes, she's chinese and yes, she's mine. But I doubt she'd believe I was her 'real' mom. She was a nice older woman, so I just said said she's my daughter and left it at that..
Umm... ok?! She as MUCH younger then.
Otherwise I've always gotten good comments from strangers like.....
She's so alert
She's so focused
She's so happy
She's so chubby
She's so small
She's so tall 
SHE WRITES!? (she's been holding pens/crayons/etc perfectly since the moment she was handed one)

At Christmas, MIL called my DS "ugly" as a compliment
As in:
"Ooooo your just so ugly, aren't you! Sooooooooooo ugly" (in a baby voice)
She's a strange woman so this is her way of calling him cute.

I told a friend that we just started DD on solids and her response was..."OMG but she doesn't have any teeth yet!"
Granted she's not a parent yet so I guess solids meant a steak to her.

Shiloh's been in a big tomboy stage lately...wants to wear boy clothing all the time and such, so I guess your son is looking manly

Several people have asked me if my kids are triplets They are 5,3, and 21months.
Just today someone in Target says to me "oh my god they all look like each other." Maybe that would be because they're siblings dumbazz

Chelsea's ped at her 2 year appointment told me she was "abnormally bright".
Several family members have said: Chelsea is so beautiful she could be a model. Too bad she doesn't have the personality for it.

I had someone come up to me in the mall not once but twice & say "how wonderful it is to have twin boys" I looked in amazement since JJ is sitting in the stroller talking & Nicholas is in the infant carrier

The other day my dentist asked me how old my kids are - I said 17 months and 4 y.o. And he said "oh so the 17 month old still believes in Santa then" He was so perplexed when I told him my 17 month old doesn't really understand who Santa is but my 4 y.o. firmly believes. He looked at me like I had 10 heads (oh and he has kids, albeit older)

One woman saw me with my twins and said, "there must have been a buy one get one free sale"....I really wanted to tell her that none of it was free
I have also had a couple of people say they have bright eyes...I guess that's a good thing?
