went to the dr. yesterday
so i went to the dr. yesterday just to make sure that "all systems are go" if i do get pregnant
DS is 7 months old and the dr. had said to wait 9 months but he knows that it took us several months and 1 month of clomid for DS
he gave me new prenatals and knows we are not using any protection and gave us the OK in case it does happen. He said to come back by Xmas for clomid if nothing happens before then.
I am excited to TTC #2 but I have to be honest - I AM SO SCARED!!!!!
i didnt feel like this with DC#1 but having a baby at home and trying again is really scary! I want to do this now because i am set on not having kids after 40 -
I have a feeling i will be saying "what have i gotten myself into!" LOL

I am right there with you...DS just turned 9 months...and the thought of another so close in age is a bit scary...but I know people do it all the time...

i know, like my sister told me, you have to go into it knowing that the next couple of years are going to be crazy
thing is, im almost 36 and DH is already 38 so I really didnt want to wait too long
Also, if we ever want a 3rd, this would give me the chance to have a 3rd before I turn 40; but DH does NOT think that is in our future LOL
anyway, thanks to those that responded
