Went to RE yesterday
I did not get good news. I have been crying since yesterday, my eyes are swollen. He did a sono and found one fibroid, one thing he cannot make out, so I have to do another sono, with water, next week and saw that the ovaries are kind of small, and not many baseline follicles. He reccommends IVF, but of course, no guarantees. I cannot even begin to tell you how heartbroken I am. I have no fertility coverage, not even for meds, so all must be done OOP. My parents and in-laws have graciously offered to help. DH and I have a lot to think about.
Sorry to vent about something so negative.

Go get another opinion or two and be sure they do a lot of testing. The hystrosalpingogram is not big deal...kind of like a wet pap smear. The IF ladies are wonderful and very knowledgeable!
