went to a clairvoyant psychic last night......
and he said I was having twins!!  I posted this on the pregnancy board but I wanted to share w/ my TTC ladies, I'm going to tell my boss at work to go to him (she's been trying to get pregnant for 2 years!)...it would be interesting to see if he mentions kids in her future....
went to see Raymond Pero in the West Village tonight.....a friend had booked it for us a few months ago. He was AMAZING! You bring pictures of loved ones with you (living only) and he tells you things. He told me I was pregnant and that it is a healthy pregnancy (I'm only 5 wks so definitely not showing!!).... and to stop worrying (he knew about my prior miscarriage!), he said he saw TWINS in my eyes! OMG! that freaked me out a little bit b/c for some reason I've been googling how early you can find out if you're having twins (I don't know why I just had a weird feeling the past week, but I'm kind of hoping this turns out to be false! lol). He said I'd have 3 kids total. My husband is the only person I'll ever be married to and I'm supposed to be with him.....but he told me he should stay away from motorcycles (scary!) and that we should not name our child Matthew, Sofia, Ava, or Isabella! (interesting since Sofia was my grandmother's name and was going to be my girl name w/ the pregnancy that ended in m/c). He also told me that my husband will be more paternal than I will be MAternal, I can totally see that, DH has wanted to be a father for so long!
This guy was so amazing, he pulled out all kinds of names and facts that he couldn't possibly have known, he knew where I worked and what DH did for a living. The whole motorcycle thing did really freak me out though, when I came home I told DH and he said his sister in law was told the same thing about him over 10 years ago!! Crazy!
Anyone else ever see a psychic who got everything right? Or made predictions and they turned out to be right later on?

Wow, TWINS?! Is that something you're hoping is right?!?! He sounds pretty spot on and accurate in his information, so it'll be interesting to see how many babies you really have in there!
I've never really had any experience with psychics or predictions, but a while ago, my mom was in Atlantic City, and a psychic started yelling out her name (which is a common name), and my step dad convinced her to go over to him. Then the guy was asking her about my leg and how it healed (I broke it when I was 2)....I guess that could have been a coincidence, but my mom was pretty impressed!

honestly no! lol I mean I'll be happy with any healthy pregnancy, BUT having twins would definitely turn my world upside down! But whatever is meant to be will be and I will be happy no matter what, just having twins for our first will definitely be a major life changer. We would manage, luckily DH has a big family so we can enlist some help hopefully....my friend had triplets last year and I wonder how she does it, so if she makes it work we can too! I'll definitely keep you all posted if this guy turns out to be right!!

ah, my bff saw Raymond twice and absolutely loved him!
i have been to a bunch of psychics and some have had a lot right but nothing like that! that is awesome!! i 100% could understand what you mean about twins and how that would be insane...do twins run in your family? i know that they dont run in mine so if i ever found that out, i would also be in shock and a little freaked out!
well im really happy for you and so nice that it was such an awesome reading especially about the healthy pregnancy part- most importantly!

well I don't really know if it's in MY bloodline or from the in law side, but my cousins are twins (they're from my side of the family from my dad's first marriage), and I know of a set of twins that are like 2nd cousins.....we shall see! My bff is a nurse and said non-identical twins will be seen on a sono earlier than identical twins......

OMG Raymond is my MILs best friends partner!!
he's always telling MIL stuff about us!! he did say twins a long time ago for me and then he updated it to twins from IVF. we did do IVF and put back two embies but the result was my DD and an empty sac. although for the record i still think i could have twins next!!

wow! I met his partner, he was hanging with us in the living room while we each waited our turn to sit with Raymond. He was super nice! That's so cool you have a connection and can get updates like that from him!!!

you should go back, maybe he'll have an update for you!! and I'm kind of hoping if he's right about twins, it's not THIS pregnancy but my next one! I am so not ready for two we're going to do construction on the house this year!! lord help me

 enjoy when you go! I wish I could sit with him again, I couldn't shut off my brain last night after seeing him!! I brought a picture of my husband, my mom and my sister....but you can bring one of anyone you want to hear about, just not deceased (at least that's what I was told).

yeah Rob was childhood friends with my MIL and we see them at family stuff all the time. they were at my wedding and will likely be at DD's first birthday!! great guys!!
