Went for our maternity tour today!
So, 6 1/2 weeks before we go check in to the hospital, we got to tour the maternity ward.
I was really impressed, the L&D floor is GORGEOUS with hardwood floors. Every room is private and has a balcony! I got a little weak in the knees when I saw the room where I'll be having my c-section--I think it hit home all of a sudden, and I got really scared.
It definitely made the whole thing a lot more real!

How exciting!! We did our tour a couple of weeks ago since I'm using a different hospital than I did with DD.

I loved our tour too...made it so much more real! DH and I both got teary looking into the nursery.  All our rooms are private but no balcony - I want to go to your hospital!

I started to cry also on our tour...it definitely makes it more real.
