Re: Weight Watching Moms

Are you cheating over your flex points? DOnt' forget you get 35 extra points each week -- so if you need them one day, use them ... and don't scrap the whole week, you know?

I personally used 9 yesterday!!! Yesterday was a hardd ay for me!

Re: Weight Watching Moms

Actually I found that when I didn't use them I lost less then when I used them. It helps a lot to use them I think actually -- plus if you use a different amount each day it helps your body to have to constantly keep adjusting your metabolism. If you eat the same exact number of points each day your body gets used to it and stops losing -- which is why people plateau.

There is actually a plan called the "Wendie Plan" that tells you how to use your flex points --- and explains why they are so important. It gives you high point days, medium point days, and a super high point day all using the flex points and the difference between doing them and not was usually losing 1-2 lbs a week or losing 3-5 lbs per week.

I can give you more info about it if you want or you can always call me.

So we're nearing the weekend. How's everyone doing?
So far so good here with staying in my points. Today will be a high point day. I had KFC for lunch and went of memory for the points....big mistake. Its OK though I've got flex to cover it.

So should we do a weekly thread on Mondays? I can start it Monday mornings and we can use that for check in for that week.

Re: Weight Watching Moms

Today was a good day for me. I took Emily to get her Christmas pics taken in the AM so I was out for hours and then also had a dr's appt at 2 so i didn't get to eat breakfast or do much snacking-- lol, so I had a lot of points left over at the end of the day.

i'm being bad though and weighing myself in the mornign every day and i'm not losing at all. i am really worried about sunday. i've gone over a little each day but just used my flex -- and yet i'm not losing. we'll see on sunday what happens.

so definately we should start a thread each monday. this thread was probably pages back!

I know its hard but try to stay off the scale. You never know what can happen between now and Sunday. I am making myself wait until Mondays to weigh even though I am dying to peek.
