Weight Watching Moms-week of 12/5

How's everyone doing?
I was down 1lb again this week. I wish it was more but the end of this week was kind of crazy with lots of company in town for BIL's wedding. Everyone is gone now so things should get back to normal.

Exercise- What are your exercise goals?

I would like to try to start going back to Curves 2-3 times a week. My plan is to get there when they open at 6am before DH goes to work.

Congrats!! It's tough to focus on losing weight when there are family events or holidays to worry about. At least it is for me...
I think I pretty much stayed the same. I'll weigh myself tomorrow and see how I did.
As for exercise...I haven't really gotten a routine down yet. I live in the city so I walk around a lot. But, now that the weather has gotten colder, I don't get out as much. Chat Icon

Ugh -- I did horribly this week. I gained. A lot. I don't even want to post how much because everyone would think I am just such a pig.

So I'm back on the wagon trying to do better this week. So far so good but I've already used 4 flex points for tonight and it's 7:45pm...I need to focus on veggies! If I get hungry I'm heating up some frozen broccoli!!

As far as exercise goals right now I can't imagine having the time to exercise since I went back to work. But in january once Emily is a little older too I might join Bally's again. i join every jan when they give a free 8 weeks for the discovery health challange -- except last year i got pregnant during that 8 weeks so I stopped going -- but i definately want to go back and hopefully use thier childcare while i go -- because DH and I both want to go -- and while i'm sure she'll be exposed to lots of germs we'll be right there and can peak in on her inbetween workouts.
