I actually find it really calming to list what I'm grateful for. I do it when I'm nervous or scared. And it changes weekly! Today, I'd say I'm grateful for:
The kindness and support of my DH
My family who is there for me when I need them
Our health
My new house
My friends, who have the most sympathetic ears
Our steady jobs

Great Question!!!!! There are many things I am greatful for.
The 1st is that I am alive!!
My DH is so amazing and supportive!!
My Mom ~ she so strong (I want to be half the mother she is).
My Sister and their Families!!
Having my Step-Father in my life ~ He was an amazing man!!!!!!!!!
ETA: There are many other things to be greatful for in live...but this is my list as of this early Saturday Morning!!!!
