Weaning??
My DD weaned completely about a week ago. Last Monday was the last day I nursed and on Tuesday and Thursday I pumped about 1oz total between both breast to relieve some pressure. Haven't done anything since. I've been uncomfortable for a few days now (not unbearable) but today they have really hurt and been kind of hard and heavy. Do I just suck it up and push though or do I pump a little and relieve the pressure again??

Wear a tight sports bra all the time, even at night. You can try cold cabbage leaves and advil for the pain. Try not to let water hit them in the shower. Good luck! It took about 2 weeks for my boobs to go down.
