We may have found a house....
DH and I went out to see a house for the second time this weekend with our realtor, and he also mentioned another house nearby to see if we wanted to check it out.
We were already out and about, so we figured we'd go....and we LOVED IT!!!! It's in great condition, great asking price (actually a really reasonable price  ) and it has everything we were looking for.
We're putting in an offer tonight  .
Please keep your fingers crossed for us!!!
