Congratulations!! We did something similar - found the house we wanted and made an offer that day. After looking for a long time, you know what you want and you go get it!  Good luck with the rest of the process.

We heard back from our agent today. They counter offered (we figured they would) and we accepted!! Our agent said the sellers loved us and want us to have the house!! They arent even waiting for any other offers.
We already hired an inspector who's going there tomorrow.
I'm so excited!! I hope this works out!!
