We aren't going to be homeless either!
I just got the nicest apartment I have ever seen
3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, brand new kicthen- huge with granite
Livingroom, dining room
balcony
parking spot
I could see the express bus stop
walk to the stores I love
nicest landlord
she was the only landlord that was not only on time- but early!
I got ditched by my 6:15pm- waited 15 minutes- got 100 bug bites
got to my 7pm - 10 minutes early
and she was waiting
I am so happy right now
I might start packing!

looks like things and changes are going your way now.
Seems to happen in bunches.
I quit my job and bought a house within days of each other, we signed a lease on a new place two days before we got married and moved in two days after the honeymoon.
I wish only good things for you guys moving forward!

I have welts - everywhere
this one I took is in my neighborhood- Bay Terrace!

changes in bunches is the story of my life- and esp around this time of year for me
we will be savind $120 a month- but we are getting so much more- and getting out of this snobby co-op! and that's the main thing!
