every 2-3 days...I shower with a shower cap...sometimes if I let it go 3 days I will use some dry shampoo..but my hair really looks better the 2nd or 3rd day

Washing hair?
every 2-4 days..my hair doesn't get dry or oily, so i guess i'm really lucky
i use cheapo shampoo (used to use expensive stuff and never noticed a difference), and then maybe a drop of conditioner on the ends
other than that no products at all-i own 1 small bottle of hairspray that i've had for about a year...
sometimes i'll let it air dry then straighten it, sometimes i'll just let it air dry, rarely ill blow dry then straighten it

Same for me. If I wash my hair every day it gets too dry. I don't use any products in it & I don't use conditioner. The only time I wash it back to back days would be if I exercise & my hair gets sweaty.

I wash my hair every third day ... It does take a while to get used to but it is totally worth it !! My hair became soooo much healthier..
My hair routine consists of
Day One: Wash and Blow out hair (sometimes throw some waves in it )
Day Two: Throw a little dry shampoo in and some bed head and I'm good to go !
Day three: either a Pony Tail or a top knot ..

this! me too! my hair looks greasy at the end of the day sometimes and I have tried all kinds of shampoos / conditioners. I never put any products in my hair - it is just my hair!! I hate that I have to wash it every day!

I have naturally curly hair and wash my hair about 3 times/week. I use a curl spray, mousse and hairspray in my hair. My hair usually looks good and I could probably wash my hair only once a week if I really wanted to.

Every other day. My hair is thick and doesnt not air dry well so I have to blow dry it and i dont have time to do it everyday. My hair doesnt get oily quickly

Twice a week, tops. Since my last Keratin treatment it has gotten a bit softer so that allows for a twice a week washing, but before that it was once a week unless an odor or sweat invaded my hair lol.

Wash my hair every single day. By the end of the day it's a grease pit. Nothing helps. I don't use any products to weigh it down. I use a good shampoo too.

Just recently started every other day. I struggled also because I felt dirty or thought my hair smelled but when I realized I could sleep in a little more when I didn't wash hair it was well worth it! I still shower but not blow drying and straightening saves 20 minutes. I actually think my hair looks better on day 2. I can't go more then 2 days unless its the weekend and I'm not seeing anyone.

ughh..me too. I used to be able to do every other day. but my scalp (which is always flaky from psoriasis) for some reason gets real oily now if I dont. This started this year. I always used to be able to wash every other day and be fine.

Every other day is better for your hair. If you feel your hair is too oily use a little dry shampoo on your roots .

Every other day. It took me a while but I finally trained my hair and self to do it. I use Bumble and Bumble Tonic and Thickening Spray on my roots and blow dry. I think the Tonic really helped me make it to day 2. I might use a little dry shampoo on day 2 if I see the need but I don't need it often.

Washing hair?
I started to do it every other day. Usually my hair is in a pony tail and I spray the top of my head with dry shampoo. If my hair looks really oily I will wash my hair.
