was it right to make an appointment?
So this is my first month off the pill, and i know it might take a while for my cycle to regulate, but i'm on CD45 and I've been having cramps for probably the last 25-30 days. Some days its just little cramps, other days the cramps make me bend over and hold my stomach till it passes. I finally gave in and found a new doctor and made an appointment. Do you think they'll think i'm wasting their time? I wouldn't mind the waiting for AF, its the cramps that are making me nervous.

Re: was it right to make an appointment?
i ended up seeing the doc the first month trying because an appointment was available because of the snow storm and they started doing some tests - i went on cd50 - and hopefully i will have some answers in a week or two - i think it was worth it to call - I did not think i would get an appoinment right away but it will be nice to have some answers

I dont think your wasting the Dr time at all. i think its a good idea, plus you will feel much better once you have an answer as to why you are feeling this way

Re: was it right to make an appointment?
they can do a sono on you and see if you have a wall build on your uterus which can state your period is coming they can also prescribe a pill to bring your period. so no it was good you made an appointment best of luck and its normal the first month of bc to not yet your period i was on it a year and got it day 33 and a friend on it for over 5 years and got it 3 months later
