BUT WAIT A MINUTE LADIES...Our little lady Gail here is always tooting the horn for her hubby....with great reason!! I mean seriously LOOK AT HIM!!! BUT she hardly EVER talks about HER amazing journey. She herself has lost quite a considerable amount of weight and has been at lifetime with WW for over a year now!! So I want to take a minute to applaud her as well!!
thanks clas its almost 15 months straight. let me tell you, its not easy. if you thought losing weight was hard, that's nothing. maintaining is much harder. you just have to work hard at it and u will succeed
you both are the bomb diggeties!!!
