Corinne you inspired me! No more binkies!
I put Syd to sleep last night without her pacifier. She did fine as long as I was in the room, I sat in the glider and read. It took a long time for her to go to sleep but I dont think she missed the pacifier.
Problem occured when she work up at 3 screaming. Just rubbing her back and shhing wsnt working so we brought her back to our bed and she slept fine - hopefully I didnt replace one issue with another!
This morning I had her help me throw the binkies away and say bye bye

good luck to you. we are doing great without a pacifier. she still wants a back rub so we have to find something to take place of that now.

  Yayyyy! Thats great!!! Hope tonight goes easily for you !!!! Corinne nspired me too - - I am going to give it a try with Aly - I am just holding out a week or so because she is cutting a tooth and is pretty miserable. Hopefully, it goes just as smoothly when I go for it!

update on us: she went to bed fine last night but for some reason she woke up at 3 and did not want to go back to sleep so we had to bring in her back to bed.
