Haven't watched it yet, but Tim Kaine used to be hot.

I did not like how Tim Kaine interrupted Mike Pence so often, even if I agreed with some of the points, his debate style was not good. It really took away from the substance of his message. Also, his smile creeped me out.
I agree. I don't think this did anything for her, unfortunately.
Mike pence makes the idea of a trump presidency even worse. I didnt think it could get worse.
How??

VP Debate
It's sad that all the focus is on their looks.
I agree Kaine had a rough start ands wad losing his composure somewhat but I thought he recovered well. Pence on the other hand could have used a little interrupting in the end to answer to all those accusations. Instead he just gave up.

Pence is an extremely right wing conservative. His views and stance on issues, especially on women's rights, are very scary.
During the debate Pence couldn't even defend Trump and he acted like it was the first time he was hearing about all the horrible things Trump had said. All Pence did was shake his head and said nothing. Trump and Pence are not even on the same page when it comes to the issues. I don't understand how anyone can support Trump when his own running mate doesn't have the same views as him or have his back.

I have a theory that trump just wants to be a puppet president and he made an agreement with pence to be the puppet master. Pence has to agree and support trump just so he can get in the door. I forgot if it was said in the debate or after but it's like pence is preparing himself to be president in 2020.

It's basically true. Over the summer it was revealed by one of John Kasich's aides that he was approached by the Trump campaign about Kasich being Trump's VP. And the aide said he was told to tell Kasich that, as Trump's VP, he would basically be in charge of foreign and domestic policy stuff, while Trump would be busy "making america great again."
So, if you elect Trump, you are essentially electing Pence.

Thanks for the link. He is even more extreme than I thought. And should Trump lose, it does look like Pence is gearing up for 2020. Meanwhile, his state lost $60 million dollars in business after he signed an anti-gay law. Link

When I have more time and can reread the link, I will do that. Right now, off the top of my head from what I can remember, I'm 100% in agreement with the fee for the burial of fetuses. I believe that life begins at conception, which is actually science. So if you can murder a life, you should bury it properly. I am also against letting in Syrian refugees to this country and also want to drill in the US. On my phone now, but if that wasn't enough for you, I can give you more when I get home! Edited because I remembered one more: creationism in schools...totally for that. Pretty sure that was taught when our country was formed. Maybe if more people actually practiced religion, the world wouldn't be in such a f@cked up state.

Wow. I mean they're your beliefs and you're entitled to them. But wow.
I actually feel completely the opposite. I think religion is a huge cause for all the flucked up shit happening in this world. Actually I think history proves that... and also that dinosaurs existed.
IMO of course.

I could say wow about your beliefs, but I'm an adult and everyone is entitled to the way they feel. As for religion, well Radical Islamic's are really why the world is f'd up..they are the only religion that believes God wants you to kill in his honor...I could be wrong, but Catholics, Christians, Muslims, Buddhists don't preach that. And I would think as a mother who I know went through hell with her baby girl a few months ago, followed all your updates and am so happy that she pulled through, you don't believe life begins at conception?

ETA: I'm not responding to Eliza, but rather jlm Wow there is so much to say...
I think there is a lot of evidence that supports evolution, so I'm going to ignore the whole "creationism" part of the post.
I'm not really into religion as I think that causes a lot of problems.
The abortion debate I'm not interested in commenting on because it's a choice. For women. Why are you so against women making a choice?
As for the refugee comment, the US needs to let in more. Right now my husband are looking into more ways we can volunteer for this here. My husband has put in an application of all the things we can help do. I'm hoping I can teach an English class and and he's hoping he can take them to the immigration office and help with the forms. There are so many container homes around here and the people need help! Refugees need the Western world and they need help. Don't give me your don't let refugees in garbage. They are humans.
Photo removed, but it was the one of the Syrian boy released a few weeks ago.
I just finished watching the debate and I thought it was interesting yet boring. I think Pence didn't really use any facts and was just trying to be polite. I guess him being polite helped the image of Trump? Kaine made really good points, but he interrupted. It was like a normal debate.
