Vivelle dot patches
My insurance company only pays for 1 box (8patches) per month. I am only 2 patches every other day. I was wondering if anyone has any extra?
Thanks

I have never heard of the dots, what do they do? My issue is unexplained lack of ovulation. I'm going to start fertility treatments in January and considering the options available. Thanks!

you generally only use vivelle for an IVF cycle. its not an option thats likely to be given to you just based on lack of ovulation/PCOS. its basically just estrogen support during a medicated cycle where your hormones are suppressed to the point that they all need to be replaced manually with meds.

we had the same problem with our insurance. we used climara patches instead which you only change once every 7 days so you don't need as many. maybe ask your doctor if this is an option? i covered the edges of mine with tape so i could change the tape every day or two and the patch would feel more "fresh" if that makes sense.

You will hear people mention numerous drugs that you may never need to take because they won't apply to you. Don't worry about the drugs people talk about on here. Wait and see what your protocol is.

Hi I would love any extra patches that you have my last cycle ended in a m/c & now I am hoping Tom I get my transfer date for this cycle. I am about to start my last box of patches.
