Vivelle Dot patches??
Whose done these...and what was the protocol?? I was just told to put 2 patches on every other day.
Do I keep them on for two days and just switch them out? Aren't they going to come off in the shower?
Help!

mine stayed on pretty well... even with showering! just think... they have birth control patches that stay on for much longer than that!
