Vitamins for DH
So in light of seeing how vitamins can help in some of IF issues,I was wondering if anyone could recommend what vitamins their DH's take. I want to look into getting DH on a vitamin that could possibly benefit us..

He also takes Fertility Blend for Men and Vitamins A, E and C, Zinc and Omega 3 fish oil. Also, I had heard that MegaMan multis from GNC are the best for male fertility. Yes, I torture him.

Dh takes the fertiility blend from GNC.. On the second SA since he was taking them for a month.. we had a higher count.. about 10 million higher.. a higher motility 10%higher (still low though) and Now we have morphology low, which wasn't low in the first one.. So I guess they worked.. sort of...
