vitamins??
I take a vitamin called L-Lysine to prevent myself from getting cold sores- on my lips I have been prone to them since I was 11 . Do you think taking this vitamin will affect TTC should I not take it during my fertile days- I take one a day sorry so long...

I don't know but I would call your Gyn and ask...its better to be on the safe side.

I would run it by your MD. I just started to get a cold sore the other day and usually take lysine to help them, but noticed it said to ck with your MD if you're pregnant, or could be, so I didn't take it.

I've found this website helpful, but you should still check with your doctor before taking any meds.
