Can you ladies recommend your OTC prenatal vitamins? I'd like to start taking one but I have no idea which one to choose! TIA!!!

Re: Vitamin recommendations?
I asked the same question a few months ago and the most rec's seemed to be for the Target Brand Prenatals and the Rainbow Lite Prenatals - both sold at Target. I ended up buying the Target brand ones because they were half the cost of the Rainbow Lite and they are virtually the same in terms of vitamins. Also, they are a small/regular size vitamin and not like some of those horsepill size prenatals (not saying the Rainbow Lite ones are, since I never saw them).

The rainbow lite are about the same as the women's one a day target brand I was taking before. I think the only difference I noticed was the rainbow lite are vegan, and I heard from ppl on here very easy on the tummy. I have a sensitive tummy so I wanted to be on the safe side. How small are the other Target ones? I feel like I choke down most vitamins.

Re: Vitamin recommendations?
I bought the ones in Trader Joes. Regular multivitamins make me sick , but these have been great so far. They weren't expensive at all.
ETA: They're HUGE. You're definitely going to be "choking these down" if you get them. I've been biting them in half before attempting to swallow them.

Re: Vitamin recommendations?
I've been taking the One A Day Prenatals and don't feel sick. Plus, they're not too large.
