Anyone have supplement or vitamin recommendations to help with sperm?
DH's count has been a little low and his other stuff is sometimes off - very inconsistent. I need to start him on some type of regimen!

Dr. B recommended some to us, even though DH's counts were ok. Just google "Dr. Myatt and supplements" and then once there, look for the infertility supplements. We were both taking the maxi flavone. We were also on super greens, but not through that site. It got too expensive.

My DH took Pycolnel or something like that. It is some type of bark. His counts were fine but they said that with this supplement it becomes even better. I got it at Whole Foods. It is $50 for a two week supply!

YES!
We never had a before-after comparison...but hubby's sperm always looks good.
He always wears boxer shorts...and takes:
Regular multivitamin Fish oil
Good news is that they are not hard to find, are cheap & have lots of other benefits.
Good luck!

I have read that zinc, l-arginine and l-carnitine are suppose to be good for sperm. My husband took them and after 2 months his count and motility went up.
