Vitamin overdose?!
My mom was babysitting my 2 year old DD and my 2 year old nephew and she gave them like 10 gummy vitamins each. The dosage is one a day. Do I need to call the doctor or do anything?

Yes I would call the DRs emergency number. I think the amount of iron if it had any would be the concern.

Thanks - I called and she said no issue since they don't have iron in them. Ironically I was at the dr with DD2 while this occurred!

Yeah the gummys have no iron, I give ds an extra iron drop. I still would have been scared though. He would eat the whole bottle if I let him, LOL.

She thought they were candy - she is ridiculous. It says gummy vitamins. And I asked her when the last time she saw a big jar of gummy candy like that. She said all she saw was gummy and didn't see the vitamin part. Even the kids know they are vitamins and they probably told her and she didn't understand. So sad that I can't trust her with my kids!
