very confused
Hi Girls! So I am new to this whole TTC stuff. I have been charting and using OPK. We BD Sat & Tues, and all day yesterday i had cramps (kinda like a bad pee pains) now yesterday and today the OPK was positive..What the heck does this mean?? Any advise would b great

If you got your positive OPK yesterday for the first time (FYI, after you get a +, you can stop testing), then that means you were due to ovulate 12-36 hours after you got the first +.
So BDing yesterday, today, and tomorrow would be good!

Pee on a stick . com says that your LH surge (whats detected on OPK's) is usually 12-36 hours prior to ovulation.
IMO I would BD tonight and tomorrow night if possible, skip Saturday and BD on Sunday. If that's not possible I would at least BD tonight and Saturday.
definatly read the OPK info on the above website. I know it helped me a LOT so far (now if I could only get pregnant and use all the HPT things I learned on that site !)
