You hang it from your celing--lol I couldn't imagine walking into someone home and seeing a upside down tree hanging in there livingroom, I would laugh my a$$ off!!

You can fit more presents under the tree, and the ornaments are more visible, since they hang from the branch into air, instead of hanging into the tree. Kids have a harder time playing with the ornaments.
Doesn't matter, I still don't like them....
